The zoom main room will be opened by the host to allow every participant to join on time. All participants will enter the session in Mute mode (to avoid interruptions of presentations that may be occurring).

The hosts (ICON-MEGOPIC2021 organizers)  will enable the sound as soon as it is fit. Our technical committee will monitor the sessions, so if you encounter any technical problem during the session, you can send chat messages to the FB account of ICON-MEGOPIC2021, so they can assist you.

The briefing will be given to know what to expect for the entire day of the conference.  This includes the announcement of winners, photography session instructions, channel assignment, and step by step procedure of joining polls or raising questions.
